沖擊式破碎機工作原理
物料由進料斗進入沖擊式破碎機，經分料器將物料分成兩部分，一部分由分料器中間進入高速旋轉的葉輪中，在葉輪內被迅速加速，其加速度可達數百倍重力加速度，然后以60-70米/秒的速度從葉輪三個均布的流道內拋射出去，首先同由分料器四周落下的一部分物料沖擊破碎；
然后一起沖擊到渦支腔內物料襯層上，被物料襯層反彈，斜向上沖擊到渦動腔的頂部，又改變其運動方向，偏轉向下運動，從葉輪流道發射出來的物料形成連續的物料幕。這樣一塊物料在渦動破碎腔內受到兩次或多次機率撞擊、磨擦和研磨破碎作用破碎成20目以下。

沖擊式破碎機性能優勢
1、沖擊式破碎機采用“石打鐵”和“石打石”破碎形式，破碎物料粒度均勻粒形好看，制砂級配連續，含粉量可控，顆粒尖銳有棱角，有利于骨料與水泥漿的粘結，細度模數在2.6-2.8之間。
2、組合式拋料頭設計，再加上經過優化設計后的深腔型轉子，使物料通過量提高，內部更流暢的曲線形設計，增加機器產能。
3、沖擊式制砂機主軸下端特殊的密封結構，無油封也不漏油，減少油耗，兩用散料盤，操作簡單方便。
4、渦流腔內部氣流自循環，粉塵少、噪聲小，生產過程中，石料能形成保護底層，機身無磨損，經久耐用。
